Grade My Raw provides AI-powered comic book grading estimates based on user-submitted photographs. The Service analyzes images to provide an estimated grade using standards similar to professional grading companies.

3. Important Disclaimers

Estimates Only: All grades provided by Grade My Raw are estimates and should not be considered official or professional grades. Results may differ significantly from grades assigned by professional grading services such as CGC, CBCS, or PGX.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy of any grade estimate. The Service cannot detect restoration, married pages, or other defects that may require physical inspection.

Not Professional Advice: Our estimates should not be solely relied upon for purchasing, selling, or insurance decisions regarding comic books.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and clear photographs of comics you own or have permission to photograph
• Not upload images containing illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material unrelated to comic grading
• Not attempt to manipulate or deceive the grading system
• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless otherwise agreed

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Grade My Raw and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Comic book images uploaded by users remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

Grade My Raw and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from buying or selling comics based on our estimates
• Discrepancies between our estimates and professional grades
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the grading analysis

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
